Supported by The Chittilappalli Foundation, Adarsh has undertaken this project since Oct 2024, aiming to help and mentor other schools to become model rehabilitation centers in Kerala. Impressed by our model, the Chittilappalli Foundation suggested we share our expertise with others in need. We enthusiastically accepted, as we see this as a way to contribute to society further. This initiative is fully funded by the Chittilappalli Foundation, and we have formed a dedicated team to train and educate others. The pilot phase of AOP in Ernakulam district has been successfully completed, having extended financial assistance to over 20 special schools. Following this success, the programme has now been extended to other districts including Alappuzha, Kottayam, Thrissur, and Idukki. Field visits and evaluations of special schools in these districts are currently underway. We are now entering the next phase of AOP in Ernakulam district – staff training. This training initiative has been officially titled SPARK (Specialized Professional Advancement and Resource Knowledge).
